Saul & Daisy dueños de Don Criollo Bakery & Restaurant iniciaron su pasión en agosto 5 del 2022 de abrir su propio restaurante. Saul concentrándose en área de la cocina y Daisy en área de Pastelería. Ambos buscando resaltar la comida autentica de Arroyo Puerto Rico, con la Ayuda de Jonathan Graciani Gerente de Don Criollo traen recetas familiares que han sido de gran éxito en sabor, calidad y consistencia ya que los padres de Saul y Jonathan tuvieron varios restaurante y ambos crecieron en este ambiente. 

On August 5, 2022, Saul and Daisy fulfilled their Dream and opened Don Criollo Bakery &  Restaurant, Saul's main focus is on the Kitchen and Daisy's on the Bakery & Pastry confections. Their main goal is to highlight the authentic Cuisine of Arroyo Puerto Rico. With the help of Jonathan Graciani, the Restaurant Manager,  they bring to the table family recipes, unique flavors, quality, and consistency. The passion for Puerto Rican cuisine they shared originates from their experiences growing up surrounded by several of their family-owned restaurants in Arroyo P.R.
